New Sunrise, New Sunday, New Year

Weekly Photo Challenge: Beginning

So the first Sunday of the new year and back to Church, after a weekend off last Sunday, it was really good to be back and another little routine back in place.  It certainly was a little odd last Sunday not having to get up, get ready and go to Church.

Despite the bad weather we’ve had over the last few days, the sun was shining on the way to Church, only for  a short while though, the rain returned later!

New Morning, New Year

New Morning, New Year

From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the LORD is to be praised.
Psalm 113:3

A MILLIONS SUNS by HILLSONG UNITED
You stand eternal
The uncreated One
Who knows no end

The starry wonders
The vast expanses
Bound to Your command

You shine like a million suns ablaze
Wrapped in eternal light and praise
Jesus the First the Last
The Bright and Morning Star

You spoke creation
Into existence
Life and all we are

Beyond all measure
The universe
An echo of Your power

You shine like a million suns ablaze
Wrapped in eternal light and praise
Jesus the First the Last
The Bright and Morning Star

You shine like a million suns ablaze
Wrapped in eternal light and praise
Jesus the First the Last
The Bright and Morning Star

Everlasting
Never ending
You will reign forevermore
You are holy
You are worthy
Lord of all
