The Gatherers – Proverbs 11:16

Is this the way?
The world has become
So ruthless
Every man for himself
Searching for wealth
Yearning for ever more
Do they do it to share?
Or to gather for their own nest?
For whose honour?
Just their own?
When will they gather for the kingdom
It just takes a kind heart
To share their own with others
It’s the way of the truth
That brings glory to our Lord
