The Spirit Within – 2 Timothy 1:7

Fear and anguish
May swim through our bones
Saturating the heart
Shaking the soul
But in our faith
We have the Spirit within us
Not of fear
But of strength and love
So seek the Spirit
Not hold to the fear
And let the dark nights
Become brighter days
