Even in the darkest hour
When all seems lost and gone
If the world feels so far away
You are always there
And when the tears are falling
Like rain upon the oceans
You’re never far
Always near
To catch all of my tears
And bring me a peace
For this the soul rejoices
From the tongue deepest praise
For a God that never leaves me
He who never turns His face
