Letting Go – Exodus 10:4
I remember those days
With the bottle I couldn’t let go
I tried to put it down
Still it’s pull was beyond my strength
Each day got so much worse
Spiralling down to out of control
Until the Lord came calling
To give me the strength to let go
And there I found my life
One so different from before
To make it through each day
Together with my Lord
