Shut Away – Proverbs 29:25
My fear of others
And what they may think
Can trap my steps
Afraid to step out
To be around others
I shut myself away
Who would want to see this
But my Lord says to me
“Trust in Me”
“With Me you’ll be safe”
So in Him I trust
And I step out
Maybe it’s uncomfortable
But it is a glimpse of hope
