Shadows rise upon your stiffled life

I Can’t Help It, I Just Feel Like Crying

After a great weekend today has so far been tough, all I feel like doing today is crying.

Usually that’s something which only occurs when I’m alone, but today that doesn’t really matter, at any point, at anytime and anywhere I just get that wave of emotion and the tears will start to fall, that doesn’t matter if I’m alone or not!

This depression is setting in, it really is, but I’ve learnt this weekend not to tackle it alone, I have been talking with friends about it and later I’ll be going over to Paul and Sarah’s to talk through things with them.

It’s hard going at the moment, but I know I have support and people who care about me, I’ll keep praying and fighting all the way.
