When I Needed Him – Colossians 2:6-7

When I Needed Him – Colossians 2:6-7

I know I’ll find the way back
Though I’ve lost the way
For all I have left
Is my grip upon my Lord
He who gave His life
To set this soul free
And when the freedom returns
And I taste the air again
I’ll know He was here
When I needed Him
And for that
I will praise His name forever

Together Always – Colossians 2:6-7

Together Always – Colossians 2:6-7

My child, my love
Remember you hold my son
In your heart, deep within
As you go, we both go
With you always
All of your days
Our strength be yours
With it you will grow
And as you become
All you are destined to be
We will be with you
Through the good
And forever in the bad
So don’t let go
For my son and I will never
We’re together always
We’ll never let you go

At Times

At Times (Colossians 2:6-7)

At times I slumber
Slow to wake
Walking in tired steps

At times I’m blind
With fish scaled eyes
That pierce the heart

At times I slip
Yet through all this
I hold onto Him

At times I’m strengthened
I stay rooted
And live through Him

At times I fly
And I reach for the heavens
As this heart overflows

Verse of the Day – Colossians 2:6-7

Colossians 2:6-7

Colossians 2:6-7

As wake from my slumber I am trying my best to stay rooted in him, at times fish scaled eyes pierce the heart, it hurts, but I pray for Him to strength me.

CRY IN MY HEART by STARFIELD
There’s a cry in my heart
For Your glory to fall
For Your presence to fill up my senses
There’s a yearning again
A thirst for discipline
A hunger for things that are deeper

Could You take me beyond?
Could You carry me through?
If I open my heart?
Could I go there with You?
(For I’ve been here before
But I know there’s still more
Oh, Lord, I need to know You)

For what do I have
If I don’t have You, Jesus?
What in this life
Could mean any more?
You are my rock
You are my glory
You are the lifter
Of my head
Lifter of this head
