Hatred rises
And jealousy bubbles within
Where we’ve lost our way
Lost ourselves
Then here we are
Now is the time to turn
And return to the Father
Seek His love and grace
To maintain love and justice
And find the peace with our hearts

Why do I turn and run?
When my world looks wrong
To where am I running?
When my heart shakes in fear
Where could I go?
To feel any better
Except the arms of the Father
So why do I run?
When I should wait on my Lord

Are we too eager to look for our own reward, we want everything quick, everything now, are we really to prepared to wait for our Lord?
Do we let frustration overcome love, desire overcome justice?
