Eternity – Isaiah 51:6
The physical may pass
This body in time perish
All stored upon this world
We cease to be no more
But we have this hope for the future
The everlasting promise to us
For His salvation will never fail
And His endless love
Will sustain us for eternity
This World – Isaiah 51:6
As the world weeps in anguish
It slowly destroys itself
Everyone runs in different directions
Lost to the greed of it all
Still I have found a Saviour
And I know I’ll escape their fate
Yet the world continues turning
And they all keep on running
It’s our hope that some will hear
The songs of praise we sing
To the only One who can save them
The One to deliver them from their fate

We have this amazing promise of the Lord’s, though all around us will perish, we have the glory of the sacrifice and resurrection, the salvation we receive from Jesus Christ will last forever.
