To Remember, To Believe – John 7:38

To Remember, To Believe – John 7:38

To remember
When all seems lost
I had nothing
Until I found belief
In the Son

Now living waters
Flow through my soul
No matter how hard the life
The victory will come
Because I believe

Deep Within (John 7:38)

Deep Within (John 7:38)

Here I stand Lord
Still tied to my past
Yet I see Your face
I feel Your heart beat
Within my own
So here I fall
Down to my knees
Lord wash me clean
Deep within
Let Your living waters
Flow through my soul
To make me new
To let me live for You

Living Waters

Living Waters (John 7:38)

There are those that hear the voice
Yet still inside they do not trust
Or have a hope in their belief
But just know there is a promise
To all of us that believe
A promise from the Father
And one he freely gives
He wants to fill us up
With a mighty river that flows
Full of His living waters
To renew of all of our souls

Verse of the Day – John 7:38

John 7:38

John 7:38

There are still times when I feel I need this river to flow from within, to wash me clean and make me feel new.

THERE IS A RIVER by JARS OF CLAY
There is a river that washes you clean
There is a tree that marks the places you’ve been
Blood that was spilled, although not your own,
For all of your tears, are the wages for things you have done

And all of those nights
Spent alone in the darkness of your mind
Give it up, Let go
These are things you were never meant to shoulder

There is a river that washes you clean
There is a tree that marks the places you’ve been
Blood that was spilled, although not your own
For all of those tears, love will atone

So, give up the right
To control the waves that empty out your life
Above wild skies
Are the rays that break the shadows we design

Give it up, let go
These are things you were never meant to shoulder
Give it up, let go

There is a river that washes you clean
There is a tree that marks the places you’ve been
Blood that was spilled, although not your own
For all of those things, love will atone

I know the world can turn in different ways
Most of the time, we’re simply hanging on
And under the signs of how we all behave
We might find the place that we belong

There is a river that washes you clean
There is a tree that marks the places you’ve been
Blood that was spilled, although not your own
For all of these things, love will atone

For all of those nights, that you cried all alone
All of your tears, love will atone
