Verse of the Day – Psalm 37:4-5

Psalm 37:4-5

Psalm 37:4-5

Although everything that is going on in my life at the moment, seemed far from the prosperity that was coming that God spoke of last year, I still trust in Him and I still refuse to see anything as a set back, just an obstacle that can be cleared.

An update to my legs injury is that the swelling in my left leg has gone down, but the bruising looks quite bad at the moment.  I can get around small distances indoors without my crutches, but I need them to walk any distance when I go out, although it is getting easier.

I am forever thankful to the Lord, I have definitely got off lightly!

YOUR LOVE IS MINE by I AM THEY
I walked alone, trying to find my way
On winding roads and paths that I had made
Wandering so far from grace

I’d given up on things that I believe
My hopes and dreams were buried in the sea
But You were there, calling out to me

Life will rise, Death will die
Your love is mine, Your love is mine
Stains washed white, You paid the price
Your love is mine, Your love is mine
Ooo, Ooo, Your love is mine, Your love is mine

I once was lost and burdened by my shame
But You took the cross and suffered in my place
You rescued me, I belong to You

Life will rise, Death will die
Your love is mine, Your love is mine
Stains washed white, You paid the price
Your love is mine, Your love is mine

I called Your name
You looked my way, You looked my way
I called Your name
You looked my way, You looked my way
I called Your name
You looked my way, You looked my way
I called Your name
What could separate, what could separate

Life will rise, Death will die
Your love is mine, Your love is mine
Stains washed white, You paid the price
Your love is mine, Your love is mine

Ooo, Ooo, Your love is mine, Your love is mine
Ooo, Ooo, Your love is mine, Your love is mine

Letting Go (War Is Over) – Psalm 37:4-5

Letting Go (War Is Over) – Psalm 37:4-5

Who am I to keep fighting
Letting this heart battle all alone
Never finding it sense of victory
Never knowing the way home
It’s time I let it go
Let this resolve just fade away
And place my hope in His love
Where this heart will find delight
It’s time to stop the fighting
I hear the call the war is over
It’s a cry from upon the Cross
Where victory has been won
So I’m letting go of it all
In my God I will trust
I accept my war is over
The blood of Christ has already won
